I have insured my two cars with Marks and Spencer, the car insurance policy with them is very cheaper. When I made a claim for my cars, it was paid by Marks and Spencer’s within 2 days. I got the choice to differ the excess to hack the premium even more and saved 10% when applied car insurance online at M&S. It provides standard European and UK breakdown cover. It gave Keycare cover on my car insurance policy that is helpful in case my car, office or home keys are stolen or lost..

Summary

Marks & Spencer insurance changed my non-fault accident to a fault accident on their system even though it was never disputed that it was a non-fault accident. They sent me a letter charging me £30 out of the blue for change of circumstances which was a mistake. The trouble i\'ve had getting the £30 back from them is absolutely insane. Today they\'ve told me for the 3rd time in the last 3 months that its been refunded back to my card but I wont hold my breath!

I used to be insured with TESCO & managed (at reasonable extra cost) to have my 20 year old son put on the 1.6 petrol car insurance for 48 hours. Have recently changed to M&S & been told \"it\'s cheap insurance, so we don\'t offer the same level of service (ie putting 20 year old son on insurance for 48 hours)& I cannot insure him without cancelling my M&S insurance (a loss of £60) & going back to TESCO, who were only £20 more expensive anyway. I went with M&S because I expected them to be a quality, customer focused insurer. Not so sure now.
