My claim that was made in January hasn’t been paid off yet, even in August. Their support staffs are not helpful and often keep passing your call around. Some of them are rudely behaved and argumentative in nature.

With the Churchill Car insurance when the UK based soldier went to repair the car, it wasn’t possible in the due time so as asked to take a cash settlement of $1800 and get it fixed somewhere in Germany. He did so. When he showed the car to any garage in Germany they told that the quote was for $2500. He re-called the Churchill and demanded the new quote and they continued with their process. The fax sent to them was lost 3 times and the case was on hold because of it for some time. Finally they told they can’t do any further favors as he accepted the cheque of $1800 initially while the cheque which he received was only for $1000. When I tried to verify from them, they answered: Change of subject !

The services of Quick are indeed quick and they respect the customers. The documentation was quick enough and they were highly courteous on the phone. They repair the courtesy car in just a duration of two weeks. The rates they charge are little higher than the ones in the market place. They spend a lot on advertisements so as to attract the people but one easily gets bored from their services in some time. I haven’t claimed anything from them yet but their process is indeed simpler and quick while your car is in service. Other online companies don’t provide such services.
