Liability and Legal Requirements

As per the Road Traffic Act in the UK all drivers must have minimum insurance levels for driving a vehicle. They must be insured against their liability for injuring other people or damage to other people’s property.

The law also requires that any car three years old or older must have a valid MOT certificate. Driving a vehicle or car without certificate of Car Insurance and an MOT is an offence.
