Bikers asked to be Careful after a Long Winter Break

With the winter gradually giving way to summer, bikers are getting ready with their bikes to drive on the road. Motorcyclists have therefore been warned of potential dangers of taking their bikes on the road after a long winter rest. With the clocks being set to the new time and the steadily improving weather, thousands of bikers are ready to hit the roads within the next few weeks.
And the AA Motorcycle Insurance director Simon Douglas advised motorists to be safe on the road after spending much of the winter indoors. He said that though road rage is a common affair, what bikers must be concerned at this time is ‘road rust’ especially those who have nit driven for a long time. Motorcyclists need a little bit of polishing before they hit the roads and they should also be aware of the risks of driving.
